I do try to keep postage and packaging costs to a minimum to reflect the value of the cards I sell. It is extremely rare for a card to become damaged in transit and as such I keep P&P to £1.65 for any single card - the cost of a first class letter. In the very rare event that this does occur, however, please contact me via the Contact link at the bottom of this website and I will, of course, ensure that a replacement card is quickly dispatched.

All my quilled cards are packaged in a cellophane wrapper to protect the paper coils and ensure your card arrives in perfect condition.
